SHIPPING

J. Wills strives to ship out orders within 1-2 business days, with the exception of promotional events where order volume drastically increases.

J. Wills ships via USPS Mail with tracking provided for every order. Please allow up to seven days for your order to arrive after receiving your shipment notification.

Shipping prices are based on weight, with free shipping provided for orders over $100.

If you need rush shipping, please contact sales@shopjwills.com prior to placing your order. You will be charged accordingly for any rush delivery expenses.

We strive to ship complete orders only so if you are ordering in-stock and pre-sale items, please place separate orders if you need any items immediately. 

Atlanta-area customers - If you are interested in free local order pick-up, please use the local pick-up option at checkout. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return it for store credit within seven days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, in its original condition, tags must be attached, and sent via a trackable method. Shipping fees can not be refunded. To initiate a return, please email sales@shopjwills.com to start the return process. Items will not be accepted without prior email notification. 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturer flaw, we will be happy to provide a refund. Photos of the damaged item will be necessary. Please notify us within 48 hours of any damages at sales@shopjwills.com.

In addition, swimwear, sale markdowns and seasonal items are final sale and can not be returned.

SALES TAX

All Georgia residents will be charged a corresponding sales tax rate.
